Cayle Christian Damrow

Cayle Christian Damrow is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design, marketing, and brand development. As the Founder and Creative Director at damgood since May 2020, Cayle leads the creative vision for an inspirational clothing line focused on spreading love and positivity. Concurrently, as Creative Lead and Marketing Specialist at Premier Mounts, responsibilities include creating visual identity and managing marketing assets across various platforms. Previous roles include Community Engagement and Outreach at Plenty®, where a community team was established, and Senior Designer at Milani Cosmetics, leading a major rebranding initiative. Additional experience spans various positions focused on creative design and marketing across diverse companies, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
