Asif Shafiq

Asif Shafiq is a Neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at Premier NeuroSpine Institute since August 2022. Prior to this role, Asif Shafiq worked at VITAL ORTHOPEDIC & SPINE INSTITUTE, INC from August 2021 to August 2022, and completed a residency in neurosurgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School from October 2019 to June 2021, as well as at RWJBarnabas Health from July 2014 to September 2019. Asif Shafiq earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine between 2010 and 2014, following a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida from 2006 to 2010. Early education was completed at Charles W Flanagan High School from 2002 to 2006.
