Kimberly R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and customer care. Currently serving as the Data Team Lead at Premier Performance since August 2018, Kimberly also operates as a Freelance Writer since February 2018. Previously, from November 2006 to January 2018, Kimberly held the position of Support Manager of Customer Care at ClickBank, where responsibilities included training staff, managing quality assurance protocols, and collaborating with vendors to enhance customer service systems.
