Tom Burns

Tom Burns is currently serving as President at Premier Plan Consultants since March 2017. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Vice President, Consulting Services at San Diego Pension Consultants from 2003 to 2017. Tom attended Santa Clara University from 1992 to 1996.
