Ryan Francis

Ryan Francis is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing network infrastructure and event IT operations. Currently serving as the IT Operations Manager at Premier Research Labs since August 2012, Ryan oversees the network for over 120 employees. Previously, Ryan held the position of IT Associate at Texas Stars Hockey Club, where responsibilities included setting up and supporting event IT operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Security Officer at both Priebe Security Services, Inc. and Samsung, and as an IT Technician at West Central Support, where Ryan provided technical support for various Internet Service Providers in Texas and managed a monitoring station for state fiber lines. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Austin Community College, completed between 2012 and 2014.
