David Bird has extensive experience in business development within the clinical research sector, currently serving as Executive Director at Premier Research since June 2012, where David focuses on targeted therapeutic areas for biotech and specialty pharma. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at Encorium Oy/Ltd, Senior Business Development Executive at SRA Global Clinical Development, and Manager of Business Development at i3 Research, among others. David's early career included project management and clinical research associate roles, contributing to a diverse skill set in clinical trial management and business strategy. David holds an MSc in Toxicology and a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
