Sara Menke

Sara Menke is the Founder and CEO of Ajna, a recruitment team that was established in 2019. Ajna aims to improve hiring practices by addressing inequality in the hiring process. Prior to Ajna, Sara was the Founder and Chairman of Premier Talent Partners, which was founded in 1998. The company is focused on providing unbiased hiring services, excellent customer service, and equitable hiring practices.

From 1989 to 1992, Sara Menke attended the University of San Francisco where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
