Allen Esses has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Allen is currently serving as the Vice President at Premier Inc., where they are responsible for uniting hospitals and providers to transform healthcare through comprehensive databases and collaborative technologies. Prior to that, they were the Managing Member of JOZA Consulting, a company focused on healthcare performance improvement. Allen also held the position of Senior Vice President at Westchester Medical Center, leading the supply chain operations. Allen worked as the Principal Healthcare Transformation Services at Philips and President of MedPricer & DataPros, where they merged two companies to provide comprehensive data, sourcing, and analytic solutions. Allen's work experience also includes serving as the President & Co-Founder of DataPros for Healthcare, Senior Consultant at Cardinal Health, and Administration at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Allen Esses obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University at Albany, SUNY during the years 1980-1984. Later, from 1985-1988, they pursued a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Russell Sage College.
