Richard Metcalf

Richard Metcalf is an experienced professional in maintenance planning and facility management, currently serving as a CMMS Administrator for MPW Industrial Services at the Volkswagen Group of America since July 2021. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of TPM Specialist/Maintenance Planner at Premiere Building Maintenance Corp, where supervision of a team led to the development of a successful Total Productive Maintenance program at Volkswagen of Chattanooga. Richard's career also includes a significant tenure as a Field Project Supervisor at Tech Mechanical, focusing on custom HVAC and mechanical systems, and earlier roles in assembly at Tuftco Corp and education management with Volunteers of America. Richard attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and initially studied Clinical Psychology at UT Knoxville.
