James McNichol - Ms

James McNichol holds a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Functional Movement Screen Certified (FMSC). Since March 2020, James has served as the Exercise Physiologist Manager at Premise Health. Prior experience includes roles as an Exercise Specialist and Exercise Physiologist at AdventHealth, where responsibilities involved conducting fitness assessments and performing body composition analyses. In the realm of professional sports, James spent significant time with the Houston Astros organization in various strength and conditioning roles across multiple minor league teams, implementing training programs and overseeing rehabilitation. Additional coaching experience encompasses roles at The National Basketball Academy and Lake Highland Preparatory School.
