Miriam Frias

Miriam Frias has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Miriam started their career at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in 2007, where they worked in physician relations until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Miriam worked at Texas General Hospital and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital as a Director of Business Development and Director of Business Health Services respectively. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, growth, and development of various healthcare programs and initiatives. In 2019, they joined Premise Health as the Senior Director of Client Operations, where they focus on client satisfaction, improving performance, and implementing strategic operational outcomes. Miriam demonstrates strong business acumen and expertise in staffing, budgeting, and implementing innovative healthcare strategies.

Miriam Frias obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2002. Miriam further pursued their studies and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Woman's University between 2005 and 2007.
