Peggy Brashear also worked as a Clinical Analyst at UK HealthCare, a Senior Consultant at Blue Horseshoe Network Inc and Leidos, and held various roles at KentuckyOne Health/University of Louisville Hospital, including Project Lead for a successful Cerner Medication Process/Pharmnet implementation. Peggy Brashear led the design and implementation of an integrated EMR system for medication processes, which was regarded as one of the most successful implementation projects.
Moreover, Peggy served as the Manager of Pharmacy Informatics Operations and Automation at KentuckyOne/University of Louisville Hospital, where they were responsible for project management, integration of medication automation with operations and systems, and overseeing informatics projects.
Earlier in their career, Peggy worked as the Regional Director of Operations at Pharmacy Systems, Inc.
