Giorgiana M.

Giorgiana M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Giorgiana began their career in 2009 as a Trainer in projects and NGOs, focusing on education and teaching others. In 2013, they worked as a Project Manager for Ana Hotels and Ana Pan, where they were responsible for supporting the implementation of development strategies and projects, particularly in marketing. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Sales Executive at Dale Carnegie Training Romania, helping companies implement training programs. Since 2015, Giorgiana M. has been working at Premium AEROTEC GmbH as the Head of Human Resources, overseeing personnel and training strategies in the Brașov plant and providing advice on human resource implications to the board.

Giorgiana M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universitatea din Craiova. Giorgiana attended the university from 2008 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Communication, General at the same university from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Giorgiana M. has acquired several certifications. In June 2010, they obtained a certification as a Trainer from the Romanian Ministry of Work, Family and Social Protection & Ministry of Education. In November 2014, they completed the Dale Carnegie Course and obtained a certification in High Impact Presentations from Dale Carnegie Training Romania. Most recently, in October 2019, Giorgiana M. obtained a certification in Curs Manager Resurse Umane from the Ministerul Educației Naționale; Ministerul Muncii.
