Luciana Villas Boas

Luciana Villas Boas has extensive experience in strategic planning and management within the entertainment and communication sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Premium Entretenimento since September 2013, Luciana oversees strategic planning, event execution, B2B and B2C sales strategy, business development, and overall company management, leading a team of 25 direct and 200 indirect reports. Previously, Luciana was the Director of Special Projects for the Prefeitura de Salvador, where strategic planning was carried out alongside McKinsey for the mayoral term from 2013 to 2016. Luciana's earlier role as Director of Planning and People at Rede Bahia involved restructuring the HR department, increasing EBITDA by 110%, and implementing strategic planning processes across multiple media entities.
