Miriam Neumann

Miriam Neumann has over 19 years of work experience in Human Resources (HR). Miriam began their career in 2001 as an Internship Back Office at Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel. In 2002, they took on a Working Student Congress Management role at Congress und Seminar Management. Miriam then worked as a Working Student Customer Service & Facility Management at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and a Working Student People Development at Schörghuber Unternehmensgruppe in 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they were an HR Executive at ArabellaStarwood Hotels, followed by an Assistant to the Managing Director role at Golfclub Wörthsee e.V. from 2007 to 2015. Miriam then moved to die kartenmacherei GmbH, where they held the roles of People & Culture Specialist and Manager People & Culture from 2015 to 2019. Miriam Neumann began their educational career in 1994 when they completed the Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau program at the IHK für München und Oberbayern. In 1998, they obtained their Fachabitur from the Städtische Berufsoberschule Wirtschaft und Verwaltung M\u00fcnchen, with a field of study in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. In 1999, they began their Diplom Betriebswirt program at the Hochschule M\u00fcnchen University of Applied Sciences, which they completed in 2004 with a focus on Hospitality Management. In 2003, they obtained their Ausbildereignungspr\u00fcfung from the IHK f\u00fcr M\u00fcnchen und Oberbayern. In 2016, they obtained their Sicherheitsbeauftrage certification from the T\u00dcV S\u00dcD, as well as their Arbeitsrecht certification from the Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH. In 2017, they obtained their Brandschutzhelferin certification from the Werkfeuerwehr Flughafen Oberpfaffenhofen, and in 2019 they obtained their Ersthelferin certification from the Bayerisches Rotes Kreuz (BRK).
