Carl Berndtsson

Carl Berndtsson has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as VD, Partner, and Project Manager at PREOPENING since September 2015. Previously, Carl held the position of Executive Head Chef at Dorsia Hotel & Restaurant from February 2012 to August 2015, and worked as Head Chef at Restaurang Tvåkanten from January 2009 to February 2012. Carl also served as Head Chef at Heaven 23, Gothia Towers from March 2005 to December 2008 and was Co-Owner of Kök och Fisk from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Carl worked as a Sous Chef at Heaven 23, Gothia Towers from 2003 to 2004.
