Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Director of Revenue Operations. This role will be crucial in optimizing and streamlining our revenue processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. Our ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, extensive experience in sales operations, and a proven track record of improving revenue workflows. You will develop, implement, and maintain processes that enable smooth cross-functional revenue workflows while fostering a culture of excellence by setting clear expectations and providing support. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth sales and customer data analysis to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytical: Candidates should possess the ability to not only pull insightful reports but also interpret and utilize this data to drive strategic decisions that align with corporate goals. Experience in preparing high-level reports for board presentations and quarterly business reviews is essential.
  • Sales Ops Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading sales operations with a strategic approach to optimizing the sales funnel from MQL to SQL and enhancing deal closure rates. A keen understanding of the mechanics of sales processes and how to innovate and improve them is required.
  • Experience in Mature Organizational Settings: Experience in mature, structured environments is highly valuable, providing a background in sophisticated process management and scalability.
  • FinOps: Deep understanding of financial operations within revenue cycles, including sophisticated payment processing and collections strategies that improve cash flow and financial health.

About You

  • Deal Desk: Strong background in managing a deal desk with a focus on efficiency and compliance, streamlining contractual processes, and ensuring that sales teams are equipped and trained to maximize performance.
  • Sales Enablement Leadership: Capability to lead and innovate in sales enablement, customizing training and development programs that boost sales effectiveness and contribute to sustained revenue growth.
  • Innovative Financial Solutions Experience: Experience with modern financial solutions to streamline operations and enhance the efficiency of financial transactions.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: While not a core requirement, skills in analytics and technical tooling, such as SQL, that support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements would be advantageous.
  • Pipeline and Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage pipeline meetings and engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives.
  • CRM Mastery: Profound expertise in CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate how they've leveraged such tools strategically to forecast needs and support team functionalities effectively.

Pay Transparency

The base compensation for this role is approximately $140,000–180,000 per year, depending on bonus targets and incentive plans. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grants, participation in Prepared’s unlimited vacation program, and free membership to One Medical.
