Mike Muskovin

Mike Muskovin is currently the Head of Sales at Prepared. Prior to Prepared, Mike spent 9 years at Motorola Solutions where they led a multidimensional team helping identify and implement solutions to meet customer goals. In their role as Area Sales Manager, they were responsible for managing order and revenue forecasts, go-to-market strategy, partner enablement, and performance while coaching team members in sales methodology and complex strategy development for greater success. Mike also spent time at Motorola working as a Senior Account Executive, assisting customers with solutions that enhance situational awareness, improve communications between agencies, and ultimately help save lives. In their role as Customer Support Manager, they were responsible for managing Motorola's public safety customer’s support plans to ensure the greatest level of service for their public safety communications systems. And finally, in their role as Sr. Solutions Architect - Public Safety Applications, Mike worked with existing and prospective customers to develop public safety solutions. Mike was involved in the entire sales process including responding to RFPs/RFQs, collecting requirements, presenting to customers, writing proposals, generating pricing, and negotiating contracts.

Mike has also spent time working as an Adjunct Faculty at Muskegon Community College and as a Data & Radio Systems Manager at Ottawa County Central Dispatch.

Mike is the founder of Muskovin Consulting, a solutions consulting firm that they have run for the past 10 years.

Mike Muskovin has a Master's Degree from Ferris State University in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the same school. Mike also has an Emergency Number Professional certification from the National Emergency Number Association and a Network+ certification from CompTIA.
