Craig Huke

Craig Huke is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a robust history in financial leadership across various organizations. Notable roles include positions at Preparis since July 2021, Agility Recovery Solutions until January 2024, Ancora Education, and Orbis Education, among others. Huke has demonstrated expertise in financial management within the technology and education sectors, having served as CFO at Plex Systems, Inc. and Double-Take Software, the latter of which was sold to Vision Solutions in 2010. Earlier in the career, Huke held vice president and director roles in finance at Metronet Communications, Seer Technologies, and Legent. Huke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Purdue University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
