Amogh Borkar

Amogh Borkar has a diverse work experience in various roles related to data science and analytics. Amogh is currently working as an ESG Data Scientist at Preqin, where they focus on using data science to analyze and provide insights into ESG metrics for the Alternative Assets Industry. Prior to this, they worked at M&G plc as a Lead Data Scientist, specializing in data science applications for unstructured and alternate data in the ESG space and Asset Management in general.

Amogh also has experience in the financial services industry, working at Prudential Global Services Private Limited in roles such as Manager and Deputy Manager in the Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics COE. Amogh also worked as an Assistant Manager at Prudential.

Before their time in the financial sector, Amogh worked as a Consultant at Acrotrend, where they primarily focused on analytics. Amogh also worked at Birlasoft as a Manager in Manufacturing Analytics & Data Science, where they managed multiple functions related to data science, analytics, and strategy.

Amogh started their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Software Engineer and also had a brief internship as a Business Analyst at Wipro Technologies. Amogh holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing & Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune.

Amogh Borkar holds an MBA degree in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, obtained between 2009 and 2011. Amogh also has a B.E. degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from P.V.G's C.O.E.T, earned from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they completed their schooling at Vidya Bhavan from 1991 to 2001. Amogh Borkar has also obtained a certification in Statistical Learning from Stanford University in 2014.
