Seam Lat

Seam Lat has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2000, Lat worked as a Staffing Specialist at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and later at Toro until 2009. Lat then served as a Corporate Recruiter at Ecolab from 2009 to 2012, followed by a similar role at Cantel Medical Corp/Medivators. From 2013 to 2016, Lat worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Pearson VUE and then transitioned to a role as a Senior Recruiter at Element Fleet Management from 2016 to 2018. Lat then became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Recover Health, Inc from 2018 to 2021. Before their most recent role, Lat held the position of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.) from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Lat serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Presbyterian Homes & Services, where they provide strategic direction for talent acquisition, aligns recruitment strategies with business priorities, and focuses on enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Seam Lat has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
