Carol Salas

Carol Salas is an accomplished human resources professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PIH Health since July 2013, Carol has progressed through various leadership roles within the organization, overseeing human resources for over 5,500 employees across two hospital campuses and 25 medical clinics. Prior to PIH Health, Carol held significant positions at Hilton, including Director and Human Resources Manager, where successful union avoidance practices were implemented. Carol also has experience with Chrysalis Labor Connection and Disneyland Resort, focusing on employee relations and operations within the human resources domain. Educational credentials include a degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University and a certification from UC Irvine in Human Resources.
