Scott Beaird

System Senior Director, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, And Talent Acquisition at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital

Scott Beaird has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott is currently working as the System Senior Director of Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, and Talent Acquisition at PIH Health. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Talent Management at SCAN Health Plan from 2016 to 2019. Scott Beaird has a Bachelor's Degree in Banking/Finance from Mississippi State University and a Master's Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
