Scott Beaird

Scott Beaird has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott is currently working as the System Senior Director of Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, and Talent Acquisition at PIH Health. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Talent Management at SCAN Health Plan from 2016 to 2019. From 2012 to 2016, they held the position of Vice President of Talent Management at Fallon Health, and briefly took on the additional role of Acting Chief Human Resource Officer in 2015. Before that, they worked as the Director of Talent Management and Director of Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma at Tufts Medical Center from 2008 to 2012. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Fidelity Investments. Scott also served as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Quest Diagnostics, Inc from 2004 to 2005. Scott'searlier work experience includes roles as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and an Underwriting Analyst at CIGNA Healthcare from 1999 to 2004, and as a Regional Manager/Counselor at Family Services of the Mid-South from 1994 to 1999.

Scott Beaird has a Bachelor's Degree in Banking/Finance from Mississippi State University and a Master's Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. Scott also has additional certifications in MBTI from CAPT (obtained in 2013), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (obtained in 2004), and StrenghtsFinders from Gallup.
