Alex Pederson

Alex Pederson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alex started their career as a Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless in 2011, where they demonstrated expertise in technology and led instructional classes. Alex then worked as a Senior Sales Associate at T-Mobile from 2013 to 2015, focusing on troubleshooting and customer service.

In 2015, Alex joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Information Technology Specialist, performing hardware maintenance and supporting users. Alex also interned at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they gained experience in software development and application support.

From 2016 to the present, Alex worked in various roles at different companies. At the Village of Oak Brook, they served as an IT Support Specialist, providing technical assistance. Alex then joined Prescient Solutions as an IT Consultant, responsible for hardware and software maintenance. Subsequently, they were promoted to IT Manager at Trust Company of Illinois/TC Wealth Partners, overseeing IT operations and infrastructure.

Currently, Alex is the Director of Information Technology at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics at Prescient Solutions. In this role, they have achieved consistent yearly savings and reduced attack vectors for public-facing resources. Alex also manages infrastructure and guides IT operations while supporting the Service Desk as an escalation point.

Alex Pederson attended DeVry University from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Alex attended the College of DuPage and earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science.
