Software Engineer at Prescient Technologies

Arnav Navghare began their work experience in 2016 as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Mark Enterprises, where they gained knowledge in Industrial Hierarchy and worked on live projects in the design department. In 2017, Arnav worked as a Research and Development Intern at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, focusing on designing and simulating a compact heat exchanger for military aircraft applications. Arnav conducted an intensive literature review and performed heat load calculations using software tools such as FloMASTER V7 and NIST REFPROP. In 2018, Arnav joined Faurecia as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, receiving rigorous training in NX and CATIA for surfacing, solid modeling, and drafting. Arnav also gained hands-on experience in designing the Dyson-N526 Electric Car Instrument panel. Arnav advanced to the role of Design Engineer at Faurecia in 2019 and then became a Senior Design Engineer in 2022. Currently, Arnav works as a Software Engineer at Prescient Technologies starting from December 2022.

Arnav Navghare completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, from the year 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Shrimannarayan Polytechnic between 2012 and 2015. Arnav's secondary education took place at Agragami High School, where they completed their SSC education before 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Arnav has obtained several certifications. These include "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Edition 4.0)" from FranklinCovey in July 2021, "NX: Class A Surfacing" from LinkedIn in June 2021, "Learning SAP MM (Materials Management)" from LinkedIn in May 2021, "Excel for Business Analysts" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "Project Management: Technical Projects" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "Communication Strategies for a Virtual Age" from the University of Toronto in July 2020, "Creative Thinking: Techniques and Tools for Success" from Imperial College London in June 2020, "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Unlocked in May 2020, and "AUTO-CAD 2012" from Acharya Shrimannarayan Polytechnic in June 2013.
