Varsha.n Urs

Varsha N Urs currently serves as Associate Vice President of Business Strategy and Operations at Tracxn, beginning in May 2024, while also holding the position of Account Success Manager at Prescinto, Inc. since January 2023, where Varsha managed a portfolio of eight accounts in the APAC region and oversaw the onboarding of 680 power plants. Prior experience includes a role at IBM from January 2020 to December 2022 as an Application Developer, noted for resolving script-level defects and providing support for a major UK Telecom company. Additionally, Varsha contributed to the Founders Office at Prescinto, where systems and processes for security and compliance were developed. Varsha briefly founded and operated Cravings, achieving significant sales and repeat order rates during weekends. Early professional experiences include an internship at XCD Limited focused on the Force.com Platform. Varsha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and is pursuing a GMP in Business from Stoa.
