Erlé de Pillot has a diverse work history spanning several industries and roles. Erlé began their career as a Software Development Junior Engineer at ISC Labs in Northern Ireland in 1992. From there, they moved to Bell Northern Research in 1993, where they worked as a Telecom Engineer in the SDH Transport Division. In 1995, Erlé joined Nortel Networks, initially as a Software Development Engineer in the Enterprise Networks Division, and later as a Software Integration Engineer for UMTS and a Software Delivery Manager for the Wireless Division in Paris.

In 2007, Erlé transitioned to Alcatel-Lucent, where they held various positions. Erlé was a Test Automation Tools Development Team Leader and later became a Test Automation Prime for LTE Radio Integration. At Alcatel-Lucent, they were responsible for project management, technical coordination, scripting, and development of interfaces with measuring instrumentation.

In 2012, Erlé co-founded B2SCAN and served as a Development Manager until 2019. Their responsibilities at B2SCAN included business strategy, project management, marketing meetings with customers, needs analysis, IT development follow-up, testing of new features, server administration, version control administration, and customer support.

Most recently, Erlé worked as a Product Validation Manager at PRESCOM SAS starting in 2019.
