Jon Rocha

Jon Rocha is the Owner and Founder of Southwest Homes, a factory-built builder and developer established in September 2020, known for offering beautiful, energy-smart, and affordable homes. In addition, Jon serves as the Principal Owner of Prescott Realty Inc, a reputable residential real estate brokerage since May 2016, focused on exceptional client service in the Greater Prescott area. Previously, Jon worked as an EMT Firefighter for the Chino Valley Fire District from September 2012 to November 2015, providing life safety and fire suppression services. Jon Rocha pursued an education in Aeronautical Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently studying Fire Science at Yavapai College.
