Ashish Basuray

Ashish Basuray, PhD has a diverse work experience. Ashish is the Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of PreScouter, Inc. since December 2010. PreScouter provides corporate innovation leaders with data and insights for product development and R&D planning decisions, connecting corporate clients to commercializable technologies. Ashish is also the Chairman of the Board at Firstlook AI and the Co-Founder of Janus Robotics since December 2019.

With an academic background, Ashish Basuray has been an Adjunct Faculty at Northwestern University since July 2015 and a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Stoddart Mechanostereochemistry Research Group from January 2013 to May 2014. Ashish Basuray, PhD, completed their education history with a PhD in Supramolecular Chemistry from Northwestern University in 2011. Ashish also holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University (2002), and had a study abroad experience in Chemistry at the University of Sydney in 2001. Ashish completed their high school education at The Park School of Baltimore from 1994 to 1998.
