Julianna Stuart

Julianna Stuart currently serves as the Vice President of Community Impact at Preservation of Affordable Housing since January 2021. Previously, Julianna held multiple roles at POAH Communities, including Vice President of Community Impact, Director of Community Impact, and Senior Partnership Manager from January 2017 to December 2019. Julianna's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future from October 2015 to January 2017 and as a Community Resource Specialist at The Community Builders, Inc. from October 2011 to 2015. Julianna began a career in community service as an Americorps Vista at the College of the Holy Cross, where a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Religious Studies and Peace and Conflict Studies was earned from 2006 to 2010.
