Martyn Simpson

Martyn Simpson began their career at S.A.V.I Concept in 2007, where they worked as the Owner, providing IT and Audio Visual solutions until 2010. Martyn then moved on to Microlease, where they held various roles from Network Operations Administrator to Network Operations Supervisor, focusing on IT service delivery and infrastructure management. In 2014, they transitioned to Electro Rent, taking on roles such as Group IT Operations & Security Manager and Lead Solutions & Security Architect, overseeing IT projects, budgeting, and vendor negotiations. Currently, Martyn serves as the Head of Information Security at Preservica, where they continue to excel in managing information security strategies and initiatives.

Martyn Simpson completed their GCE Advanced Level in Information Technology at Bushey Meads School from 2000 to 2007. Martyn later obtained certifications in Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2023 and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2023.
