Jeanne Topper

Jeanne Topper is an experienced Sr. Loan Officer with a career in the mortgage industry that began at Nationwide Mortgage Corporation from January 2002 to December 2005, followed by a position at Presidential Bank starting in January 2006. Jeanne has a strong educational background, holding a degree in Airway Science with a focus on Aviation from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and having completed pilot training in Aeronautical Science at CCBC from 1987 to 1990.
