Richard Schoen

Richard Schoen is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Old Dominion National Bank since August 2019, Richard also holds the position of Senior Vice President at Cardinal Bank, a role maintained since August 2010. Additionally, Richard has been involved with United Bank Inc. and Presidential Bank, where positions as Senior Vice President and Vice President, respectively, have been held since April 2017 and October 2017. Richard's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from William & Mary.
