Chris Rhoades

Chris Rhoades is an experienced professional in real estate development and management, currently serving as a Partner at Presidium since October 2016, focusing on multi-family, commercial properties, and hospitality in Maine. Prior to this role, Chris was the President and CEO of Helios, where equity and debt capital were deployed to enhance returns and work with ethical partners. As Chairman and CEO of M2 Renewables, Inc., Chris played a key role in scaling a disruptive filtration technology in the wastewater sector before the company was sold to Hydro International. Chris also served as CEO and Owner of Rhoades Building Products, overseeing significant M&A transactions that contributed to the formation of a leading building materials company. Earlier experience includes a position as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, specializing in International Institutional Equity Sales. Chris Rhoades holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business from the University of California, Berkeley.
