Collin Elton P.e.

Collin Elton, P.E. is a highly experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Development Associate at Presidium since September 2022. Prior to this role, Collin worked as a Project Manager at Pape-Dawson Engineers from January 2016 to August 2022, leading teams on commercial and single-family development projects and ensuring their successful completion. Collin's earlier experience includes positions as a Project Engineer and Engineer-in-Training (EIT), where responsibilities ranged from conducting due diligence studies to designing infrastructure for various development projects. Collin began the engineering career as a Civil Engineering Intern at K Friese + Associates and HDR, gaining valuable experience in water/wastewater and structural engineering. Collin holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Texas at Dallas.
