Stephanie MacHowski

Stephanie Machowski has extensive experience in casino management, currently serving as the Table Games Shift Manager at Presque Isle Downs and Casino since March 2010. In this role, Stephanie leads a team of 40 professionals, is a member of the executive management team, and has been instrumental in hiring and training over 150 staff members. Previous experience includes serving as Table Games and Slot Shift Manager at Wheeling Island Casino, where Stephanie was responsible for recruiting staff, implementing performance appraisals, and developing training materials. Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as a Table Game Floor Supervisor at Seneca Gaming Corporation. Stephanie holds educational experience in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from Emerson College and in Criminal Justice and Corrections from CT State Three Rivers.
