Annie Haarmann, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Their most recent position was as the Managing Director at Press Ganey, where they worked to bring together people and technology to solve complex healthcare business challenges. In this role, they partnered with healthcare executives to drive growth, engage the workforce, and deliver better experiences for patients, employees, and providers.
Before joining Press Ganey, Annie held several positions at Reputation, including Head of Consumer & Patient Experience, North America, and Head of Strategy, Healthcare and Life Sciences. In these roles, they led the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive product innovation and enhancements that solved business problems and delivered maximum value for healthcare organizations. Annie also played a key role in developing executive-level messaging and value propositions to target buyer personas.
Prior to their time at Reputation, Annie worked at Ascension, where they held the positions of Senior Director of Experience Optimization and Senior Director of Digital Strategy. In these roles, they focused on optimizing the healthcare consumer experience through digital product delivery and led a national digital marketing transformation, respectively. Annie also founded a Digital Center of Excellence and developed a comprehensive roadmap for the organization's consumer digital ecosystem.
Earlier in their career, Annie held positions at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as the Manager of Digital Experience, as well as in strategic consulting and at Reliv International as a Digital Marketing Strategist. Annie also gained experience in public relations and marketing at Crider Health Center and the Archdiocese of St. Louis/Rosati-Kain, and worked in marketing and public relations at Standing Partnership.
