Jim Bolotin has over 35 years of work experience in accounting and finance. Jim started their career as a staff auditor at PKF Consulting USA, LLC in 1984. Jim then worked as a controller at US Robotics Corp/3Com for 10 years. After that, they served as the CFO for North American Bear Company and R.S. Owens. In 2004, they became the Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at Eagle Test Systems, Inc., which was later acquired by Teradyne. From 2009 to 2012, they held the position of Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at R1 RCM. Jim continued their career as the Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at Truven Health Analytics, which was acquired by IBM in 2016. Jim Bolotin then joined FreeWave Technologies as the Chief Financial Officer and played a key role in selling the majority interest before voluntarily exiting the business. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Press Ganey, a leading healthcare performance improvement company.
Jim Bolotin's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marquette University between 1980 and 1984. Later, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, completing the program from 1990 to 1993.
