Jan Young

Jan Young has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career in 1999 as a Public Relations Associate at RC Networks. They then worked as a Community Education Manager at Horizon NJ Health from 2003 to 2008. In 2009, they transitioned to the healthcare industry and served as a Patient Financial Counselor at Plumas District Hospital until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at County Of Plumas as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Technician, focusing on recruitment opportunities. They then joined Crossroads as an HR Assistant/Recruiter from 2019 to 2020. Subsequently, they served as a Recruitment Coordinator at PRIDE Industries from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Recruiter at Prestige Development Group, where they assist businesses in web application development and IT Technical Staffing.

Jan Young obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Jan Young has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Building Rapport with Customers," "Cold Calling Mastery," "Cold Calling: The First Seven Seconds," "Consulting Foundations: Client Management and Relationships," and "Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters." These certifications were obtained in December 2022.
