Kat Hoffman-Flynt

Kat Hoffman-Flynt is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operational management and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of New Deployment Operations at Presto since July 2019, Kat has held various roles including Senior Director of Strategic Projects. Previously, Kat contributed to CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc. as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and held multiple directorial positions from November 2010 to December 2018. Other significant roles include Manager of Training & Selection at Gordon Biersch and General Manager at Lucca Restaurants. Kat's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from High Point University and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Additionally, Kat is currently a member of Chief since January 2023.
