Julie Palmer Mrtpi

Julie Palmer MRTPI is an experienced regeneration and housing development professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Regeneration Manager at Preston City Council since April 2022, Julie has previously held key roles including Housing Growth and Development Manager at Bury Council, and Senior Regeneration/Housing Programmes Manager at the Borough of Pendle. Earlier positions include Development Manager for the Hulme Partnership at Manchester City Council, and Development Planner and Project Manager for Hulme Regeneration Ltd. Julie began their career as a Planning Officer at Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council and later became a Senior Planning Officer at Manchester City Council. Julie holds degrees from The University of Manchester, completed from 1983 to 1987.
