Adam Doane

Adam Doane has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adam currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Pretium Packaging, where they lead the Global Sustainability, Innovation & Supply Chain division. Prior to their current position, Adam was the Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategy at Alpha Packaging, where they played a key role in revenue and EBITDA growth. Adam also served as the Vice President of Direct Sales and the Director of Strategic Market Segments at Alpha Packaging. Before that, Adam worked at Tennant Company as a Retail Strategic Accounts Manager, specializing in equipment fleet management for Retail store and distribution center operations. Adam also worked at Progressive Plastics and The Hoover Company in sales and engineering roles, respectively. Additionally, Adam has military experience as a US Army Officer. Adam is also a Board of Education Member at Lake Local School District.

Adam Doane completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In 2001 to 2002, they also pursued a Military degree with a field of study in the US Army. Later, in 2013 to 2014, Adam attended the Rochester Institute of Technology to earn an Executive MBA, though the field of study is not specified.
