Rafal Lenczewski

Rafal Lenczewski has a significant work experience in the software development industry. Rafal is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Pretius, a software development company that focuses on delivering enterprise applications for various industries. Since 2006, Pretius has been providing bespoke software development services, assembling development teams, implementing software solutions, and maintaining applications for their clients. Rafal believes in long-term relationships based on mutual understanding and transparency, as evidenced by the high percentage of clients who continue or renew their collaboration with Pretius.

In addition to their role at Pretius, Rafal is also a Co-Founder & Board Member of IN Team. Since 2014, IN Team has been assisting leading brands and startups in scaling their development teams by offering reliable teams of developers and experienced consultants. They specialize in building complex and challenging IT projects in industries such as finance, e-commerce, data visualization, and medical applications.

Before founding Pretius and IN Team, Rafal gained project management experience at P4 and Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (Era). At P4, they worked as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2009, while at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa, they held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Specialist, and Specialist from 1999 to 2006.

Rafal Lenczewski pursued their education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they obtained their master's degree in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems. Rafal enrolled in the school in 1997 and completed their studies in 2003.
