Mike Wille

Mike Wille is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background in software development and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at PrevailHQ since January 2023, Mike leads the technology operations for a large Rails web application. Prior roles include Chief Technology Officer at Clear To Go, where Mike oversaw an enterprise solution for workplace safety, and Co-Founder of Brilliant Chemistry, a creative technology and ideation studio. Mike also held key positions such as Director of Development at Vigilant Technologies, Technical Director at Flowz, and Software Strategist at Nextus Group. Their career began as Applications Development Manager at Doner Advertising and Senior Developer at Prince Manufacturing after graduating from Kettering University in 2001.
