Alina Birenyte

Alina Birenyte is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and management. Currently serving as Controller at Prevent Child Abuse America since August 2018, Alina also held the position of Senior Staff Accountant in the same organization. Prior experience includes working as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities involved preparing financial statements and filing reports for the Chamber’s PAC. In earlier roles, Alina managed accounts payable and receivable at ETHNIC MEDIA, and supervised staff at PLG-Diesels LTD. Alina holds a Master of Science in Accounting Forensics and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Roosevelt University, along with an Associate's degree in Marketing/Management from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College.
