Melinda Baier has over two decades of experience in the banking industry, starting as a Personal Banker before moving up to roles such as Community Office Leader and District Leader of Operations. Currently, Melinda serves as the Director of Operations at Prevue HR Systems Inc. Throughout their career, Melinda has been responsible for overseeing multiple branches, hiring staff, and managing day-to-day operations. Melinda holds a certificate in Construction and AutoCAD from Vancouver Central College.
