Muhammad Bilal

Muhammad Bilal has extensive experience in operations and billing, currently serving in a billing operations role at PRG Pakistan since November 2022. Previously, Muhammad held the position of Sr. Director Operations at BellMedEx Pakistan from December 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Muhammad worked at CareCloud as Senior Director Of Operations for a brief period in 2021. Muhammad's tenure at MTBC lasted from July 2010 to June 2021, during which time Muhammad progressed through multiple roles, including Sr. Director Operations, Director Of Operations, Assistant Director Operations, and Manager Operations. This progression began with a position as Billing Executive, where Muhammad was eventually promoted to Assistant Manager, focusing on financial planning and KPI monitoring. Additionally, Muhammad interned at Askari Bank in 2009. Muhammad is an alumnus of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, having completed studies from 2012 to 2016.
