Claudia Jordan

Claudia Jordan has a strong background in human resources and business operations. Claudia worked as the Director of Human Resources at PRGX Global, Inc. from 2011 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at A.T. Kearney from 1996 to 2003, where they successfully managed the HR function and implemented best practices for resource management. Jordan also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting from 1994 to 1995, where they executed all HR functions and led recruiting initiatives. Claudia started their career as a Personnel Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton in 1983 and later became a Contract Consultant, overseeing compensation and incentives programs. Throughout their career, Jordan has demonstrated their ability to fill leadership voids, optimize utilization, and drive organizational strategy.

Claudia Jordan earned their B.A. degree in English and Education from Clarke University between 1971 and 1975.
