Kerith Davies Knechtel

Kerith Davies Knechtel has had a diverse work experience. Kerith started their career as a Senior Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in 2007 and stayed there until February 2016. In February 2016, they joined Priceline as a Senior Corporate Counsel and worked in that role until June 2020. From June 2020 to August 2021, they served as the Associate General Counsel and Compliance & Ethics Officer at Priceline. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Associate General Counsel, and head of Compliance and Ethics at Priceline starting from August 2021. In 2014, Kerith also had a role as a Secondee - Legal Counsel at JPMorgan Chase from May 2014 to February 2015.

Kerith Davies Knechtel completed their primary and secondary education at the Brearley School from 1985 to 1995. Following this, they attended Groton School from 1995 to 1998. Kerith then pursued their undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from 1998 to 2002. Kerith later attended Columbia Law School as a Stone Scholar, obtaining their Juris Doctor degree from 2005 to 2007.
