Martin Skiöld

Martin Skiöld has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Martin began their career at Bring Citymail as a Postman, handling sorting, distribution, and post forwarding. After that, they worked at Midroc Property Development AB as a Caretaker, where they were responsible for basic maintenance, repairs, gardening, and snow clearance. Martin also worked as an Assistant Business Analyst, adapting the local template system to the shared enterprise template system.

In 2017, Martin joined HiQ as a Consultant, where they worked until 2020. During their time at HiQ, they worked on multiple projects as a Test Automation Engineer, Systems Developer, and Team Lead for Bambora, a payment solutions provider. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring quality, developing and maintaining software, and managing cross-functional teams.

From 2020 to 2022, Martin worked at PriceRunner as a Product Owner, primarily focused on improving products and product information on the website and streamlining internal processes. Martin accomplished various tasks, including launching and scaling the product version concept, migrating the core product management process to a new system, and leading important key initiatives.

Martin is currently working at Klarna as a Product Manager since 2022.

In 2007 to 2010, Martin Skiöld attended Olympiaskolan and obtained an Upper Secondary Diploma in Natural Sciences.

From 2011 to 2012, they studied at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and earned a Civ. Ing. degree in Information and communications technology (ICT).

From 2013 to 2016, Martin Skiöld pursued their Bachelor's degree in Informatics at Uppsala University.

In 2016, they enrolled in Uppsala University's Master's programme in Computer Science, which they completed within the same year.

Additionally, Martin Skiöld obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification from Google in February 2021.
